CompassionArt – UK Distribution Complexities

Over the past week we have had a series of stock placement issues with WH Smith due to their exclusive agreement with their wholesaler called Entertainment UK. Entertainment UK is a division of the Woolworths group, which as you probably know, went into administration last week. Therefore all supply of the CompassionArt album to WH Smith has ceased due to Entertainment UK's trading position. WH Smith are currently looking at new ways to fulfil their stock requirements, but at present we don't know when the supply chain will be reactivated.

Please know this not only affects Compassionart but all CDs and DVDs supplied by major record companies to this retailer.

Due to problems with WH Smith should you have ordered from their web shop our advice is to cancel your order, take a refund and reorder at either www.play.com or www.amazon.co.uk or through your local Music/Book store. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to UK only residents.
